Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from The Elite Flooring. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns of unused material under the following conditions.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following criteria:

  • The return request must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original, unopened packaging. Open boxes cannot be returned.
  • A minimum of 4 boxes is required for a return to be processed.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Custom or special order items
  • Accessory items (trims, moldings, underlayment, adhesives) unless defective
  • Items modified or altered in any way

3. Restocking Fees & Shipping Costs

All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Furthermore, the customer is fully responsible for all return shipping freight costs. Return shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To return your product, please contact our customer service team at info@theeliteflooring.ca to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without an RMA will not be accepted. We will provide instructions on where to ship your goods.

5. Refunds Process

Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse (which may take up to 5 business days after receipt), we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund (minus the 25% restocking fee and return shipping costs) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

6. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive defective or damaged products, please refer to our Shipping Policy for damage reporting procedures. Defective products covered under warranty will be replaced at no additional cost or fully refunded upon verification of the defect.
